When you say it isn’t possible……

When you really don’t want to make the healthy choice….

When you really want to go home instead of going to your work out class…..

We all have choices to make…..what choice are you making?

Holly began working out at Move Your Body Studio in 2010 and at that time could not even fit into the pants that she is holding up today….WOW!!!

Hard to believe but these used to be skin tight on me

It hasn’t all been a smooth road because sometimes the unhealthy choices win out or a class is skipped…but overall, her choices have been in the right direction.

I’m a firm believer that slow and steady wins the race. Although it’s hard to lose weight, keeping it off is a whole other story. I coach my clients to lose weight and then hold steady and let your lifestyle catch up. Ingrain the new habits you have learned and make them a part of your every day. Find out what’s working and what isn’t. There is no point dropping a lot of weight quickly through deprivation or unrealistic workout schedules only to find that you can’t sustain your new life. When your changes become your new routine, kick it back up a notch – look at different food choices, increase the intensity of your workouts, sort out your emotional baggage….check in with yourself to see where the next part of your journey is going to lead you.

Holly uses her pants as motivation to reach her goal. As she looked at the photos that I took, she was in awe at the inches she has lost around her waist. See the string she is holding up – that used to be TIGHT around her waist and now….12 ½” later, she’s beaming with pride and ecstatic at her results.

Day by day this draw string gets longer and my waist gets smaller...12 1/2 inches and counting
